Draft #1

After a good month of typing I finally drummed up a draft of my thesis and sent it off for review. I'm excited to have it done and am hoping that the comments from my reviewers aren't too tough. My board includes my advisor Dr. Dave Dornfeld, who is pretty much "the guy" when it comes to green manufacturing. Also Dr. Paul Wright, who comes from the UK and is one of the world's foremost experts on metal machining. Finally Dr. Carlo Sequin, a Computer Science professor who specializes in computer generation of 3D sculptures. I'm excited to get their comments, and hopefully get everything approved by 12/20.

Otherwise things have been going great, I had a awesome West Coast Thanksgiving with my buddies Andy and Mia, along with Mia's family who came out from Clifton Park to spend the holiday. Andy grilled a turkey, which was quite the process, and I fired up some quality vegan sides, which everyone managed to choke down. It's important to take note of the weather and view in the back of this photo, since we had a ridiculously nice day, ala 70' and clear.



Next up is finishing some projects, a final exam, and getting ready for my 3-5 month vacation, more to come on that...
