Yosemite!

I took a nice trip up to Yosemite National Park this past weekend. It was a pretty amazing trip. 10 friends and I packed up and drove to Touluome Meadows which sits around 8500ft. above sea level. It was nice and cold the first night, dropping well into the 30's. Saturday we took a nice 6 mile hike into Cathedral Lake, and had some lunch by the lake:

We then decided to climb make a quick run up a peak adjacent to the lake (seen in the above picture). We figured it would take around 30 minutes. It ended up taking nearly an hour and half, but was spectacular! This was the view from the top, and the crew that made the ascent:

Otherwise, things are going OK otherwise. I've got some tests scheduled this week, including an ultrasound, to examine some pain I've been having, I'll get the results soon I hope...As you can tell I'm trying to squeeze as much fun and exploring into the schedule between class and doctor's visits!

Cheers,
Jeff
