Thought I would check in briefly. This past weekend was Cal's home bike race, and I felt good enough to get out and volunteer a little bit each day, helping with course marshalling, etc. My buddy Joel had a spectacular crash in the race on Sunday, but made a adrenaline charged comeback to finish 3rd! It was great to watch, but I miss being out there. Check out a pic of the course, it was a little rainy:
My new best friend Rob sent me a shipment of Omaha Steaks. Luckily this week I've been feeling good enough to eat them, mmmmmm.
